Exchanges

Products are eligible for exchange for manufacturer or distribution defect only. Products must be exchanged for the exact same item. Defected/damaged product must be returned to the distribution facility for review. Shipping label will be provided.

Refunds

To be eligible for a full product refund, please return your unopened (see return policy) product to our distribution facility. Once we have received the product and verified the refund terms have been met, you will receive a 100% refund of the product purchase price, less shipping fees and taxes.
